This weeks free crochet pattern is the Free Acorn Coaster and/or hot pad. This free crochet pattern can be used as a coaster, a hot pad, home decor or even a hostess gift! This is an easy, beginner to intermediate crochet pattern. You can easily whip up a few of these acorn coasters in less then a day! They would also be a great addition to your holiday and seasonal decor! Happy #freebiefriday friends! Now that Halloween is past us, I've started thinking ahead to Thanksgiving! The first thing that came to mind was pumpkin pie! And what goes with pumpkin pie? Whipped cream of course! There was no way I could of left the whipped cream off! Ha ha! This pumpkin pie pattern starts in the middle, with the whipped cream and works outward, ending with the crust. I consider this a beginner friendly pattern because it consists of single, half double and double crochets. It uses shell stitches but they are made up of half double crochets and double crochets. Hello again friends! I hope this week has been good to you! I'm in Fall mode over here! Ha ha! One of the first things I think of when I think ""Fall" are pumpkins! Today, I have for you, a crochet pumpkin pattern! You can make these pumpkins bigger or smaller depending on the yarn and hook size you use. For a bigger pumpkin you would use a bigger hook and larger yarn and for a smaller pumpkin you would use a smaller hook and thinner yarn. Also be sure to check out my Mini Witch Hat pattern!
